Chiropractic Exercises

Exercises are an important and integral aspect of chiropractic care. The exercises OneWay Chiropractic gives our patients are specific, based on the spinal curves, or more importantly, the lack of spinal curves as shown on the patient's x-rays(Research has shown that your spine is 16-18 times weaker when it has lost its normal curves). These exercises, in conjunction with your chiropractic adjustments, will help the body retain it's normal curvatures, thus promoting spinal joint health, increased strength, stability and range of motion, and protect against new or recurring injuries. Importantly, the exercises don't take the place of chiropractic care but rather enhance the effectiveness of each adjustment.

Studies show that individuals who compliment their chiropractic care with specific exercises heal faster than those who don't.
